Heart entities as list markers
Resizable list markers are inserted as HTML entity ♥ (hex code 2665) using the CSS :before pseudo class. IE 5 and 6 do not support this, so a little JavaScript is used to insert the entity instead. (IE gets normal bullets if scripting is off.)

Tested on Win xp: IE 5.01, IE5.5, IE6, Firefox 1.5, Netscape 7.2, Opera 8.54. Hearts not colored on IE 5.01.
